And while I can’t speak to the added efficacy of this customized version of pranayama over the classic style – it can’t hurt to try out. And you can also experiment with using your customary pranayama technique. It’d never occurred to me to use this as a cure for insomnia! But I’ll sure as hell try it – TONIGHT!
