HEKATE GLOBAL RITE

Here’s an excerpt from Jason Miller’s Magick Monday Newsletter:

“Oh night thou confidant and guide Of secrets, such as darkness ought to hide; Ye stars and moon, that, when the sun retires; Support his empire with succeeding fires; And thou, great Hecate, friend to my design; Songs, mutt’ring spells, your magick forces join; And thou, O Earth, the magazine that yields The midnight sorcerer drugs; skies, mountains and fields; Ye wat’ry Powers of fountain, stream and lake; Ye sylvan Gods, and Gods of night, awake, And gen’rously your parts in my adventures take.”

—Medea’s invocation, The Metamorphoses

If you are new here, you should know that every year we do a Global Rite on Halloween honoring Hekate. You will be raising your voice along with over 1000 others in that same time window to honor her and ask for her blessings and boons. The global rite is open to anyone in the greater Strategic Sorcery community at no cost.

We follow this up with a Hekate/Helios Rite just after the beginning of the New Year.
