Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper . Typed Notes – mostly lists of Aleister Crowley’s contributions to newpapers and journals

NP, . Over 20 typed pages, mostly carbon copies, but with a few manuscript notes, and computer print-outs, listing Aleister Crowley’s contributions to newpapers and journals. The majority of the pages probably date from the 1980s, but some are far more recent. From the collection of, and mostly prepared by, English bibliophile and Crowley scholar Nicholas Bishop-Culpeper. Obviously far more comprehensive lists have since appeared, but these remain a historical curiosity, and Bishop-Culpeper made many of the initial discoveries of long-forgotten Crowley articles, essays, poems, etc. that are now well-known. Sheets housed in 12 plastic quarto sleeves in a vinyl bound “display book” with metal tips. With Bishop-Culpeper address label on the front cover. VG + condition.
