Use Pranayama to Fight Insomnia

Soror Amy passed along an interesting piece in the Daily Mail regarding a method for battling insomnia from popular health guru Andrew Weil that’s basically an adaptation of pranayama technique. You can read the full explanation here:

And while I can’t speak to the added efficacy of this customized version of pranayama over the classic style – it can’t hurt to try out. And you can also experiment with using your customary pranayama technique. It’d never occurred to me to use this as a cure for insomnia! But I’ll sure as hell try it – TONIGHT!
