In this talk, Azi discusses the history and traditions of the Middle Eastern people known as the Yezidi who have a religious tradition and ethnic make up distinct from many other Middle Eastern people, also detailing their current persecution by Daesh (aka “Islamic” State). He also discusses Aleister Crowley’s interest in this religion and his contacts with someone knowledgeable about its traditions. Utterly fascinating!
