The Members and Officers of Scarlet Woman Lodge have announced the opening of registration for the the seventh annual Scarlet Symposium, to be held at SWL during the first weekend of June.
The Book of the Law charges us to “Remember all ye that existence is pure joy; that all the sorrows are but as shadows; they pass & are done; but there is that which remains.” (AL II:9)
This year the symposium’s theme is “A Universe Rejoicing”, inspired by a phrase from the 24th Aethyr of The Vision and The Voice. Join the Members and Officers of the Lodge as they explore both the import of joy and celebration in Thelemic philosophy, practice, and sacraments, as well as the alchemical process of finding that same joy and celebration even through difficult, challenging, and unpleasant experience.
The weekend will be filled with informative and insightful workshops, invocative ritual, exuberant social events, enticing vendors, and much more.
There currently is a highly-discounted Early Bird Registration offer underway. Active O.T.O. members can purchase admission for only $30 and that includes a social event on Friday night, a full weekend of enlightening and exhilarating talks, workshops, and rituals, plus an on-site meal for lunch on Saturday.
Early Bird Registration is good through April 15th, after which a less-discounted option will be available through May 15th. After May 15th, full admission rates will apply.
