Satirical Protest Art of Indecline

Liber Oz states:

Man has the right to think what he will:
to speak what he will:
to write what he will:
to draw, paint, carve, etch, mould, build as he will:
to dress as he will.

These rights do not however come with immunity from consequences for exercising them. And some would say that in laying claim to them, the individual also tacitly recognizes these same rights to be held by all other individuals. So as Thelemites support the rights cited in this particular passage regarding thoughts and their expression per se, we don’t necessarily agree with the views being broadcast, nor need to shield the authors from the results of publishing them. Yes — it all gets very serpentine and non-binary.

All that being said, we found the work of this group, Indecline, interesting and evocative. We are not supporting it per se and leave you to form your own opinions and reaction to it. They do seem to bear some conceptual debt to the work of Banksy and Satanic Temple. The group posts films of their installations.

Thanks to Soror Amy for the tip!
