STEP 3: JUNO CHANT
IUNO MONETA REGINA OMNIA
Chant this softly but firmly, slowly, and clearly. As you chant, see Juno above you with spear in one hand and a cornucopia in the other. In her arm is a peacock with 100 eyes in its tail that stand watch against trouble and loss. At her feet is an inexhaustible pile of coins that minted in her temple. Out of the Cornucopia she pours forth blessings that flow into your head and fill your body with vital force. This force gets transformed in to the words of the chant at your heart. See the words circling your heart and spreading outward in an ever growing spiral. This spiral of energy and voice meets the spirals of the others – other participants in the global rite, those of gods and spirits aligned with our purpose as well as those in need of blessing.
STEP 4: SPECIAL REQUESTS
After you have chanted for as long as you can or feel you are able you can now make requests in your own words specific to your life and the lives of those in your life. Do not make grand requests like “for all people to have prosperity”- that type of gesture was inherent in the visualization. Instead make requests that are specific you your own needs and wants. If you are out of work, ask to find work. If you are tryng to build a savings, ask for that. If you are already well off ask how you can be of service to others in this unstable world.
STEP 5: OFFERINGS AND CLOSE
If you have incense you can light it here and wave it in a pleasing manner. If you have libations like water, tea, or wine you can pour them outside on the ground. If you have any other types of offerings you can make a gesture that acknowledges them and places them on the altar. If you do not have any physical offerings at all, or wish to multiply the offerings through visualization, simply conjure clouds of offerings in the mind and offer this visualization and energy to the Gods. Those who know my gestures of offering can make these at this point as well.
