Frida Kahlo painting surfaces after six decades

Recently a Frida Kahlo painting that hasn’t been seen for six decades is going up for auction at Sotheby’s.  The 1929 work, Girl with Necklace, was given by Kahlo’s husband to a woman who had assisted her before her death.  The painting has been hanging in her bedroom ever since that day.  It is expected to fetch 2 million at auction.
