It’s true — too many people assume that sex play without penetration isn’t really sex. From Bill Clinton’s “I did not have sexual relations with that woman,” to Catholic League president Bill Donohue claiming it’s not rape if the child isn’t penetrated, it’s an unfortunate and misleading approach to sex and sexuality.
