O.T.O Brothers, Mehenet, have returned triumphant in their endeavor to bring LVX into the hearts of men. Executed with great aural mastery, Dii Inferi is a truly devistating invocation to chthonic soverignty. Replete with haunting melodies and compelling lyics Mehenet have truly broken new ground in the Black Metal genre. No mere love letter to Satan, Dii Inferi tears aside the comforting shroud of imagined freedom to expose the truth of spiritual enslavement. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful dissonance of the female volcals on the song Carmilla, which seemed to add to the complexity and disquieting nature of the overall piece.
If there is one album that every Thelemic / Magickal collection should have it is definitely Dii Inferi.
