Another interesting article passed along with Soror Hypatia would be a BBC piece speculating on the future of religion. Could a 3% increase in the ranks of atheists be indicative of a growing trend that will eventually lead to a world utterly without religion and given over to a mechanistic view of reality? Of course a mainstream outlet like the BBC does not take into account Scientific Illuminism or a religion with a cosmology that includes the possibility of a Divinity beyond personification and all “Thing-ness.”
