Video for “Love Under Will” by New Math

At the end of the Summer, BigTakeover.com premiered the music video for “Love Under Will,” a song from the September release of the long out of print, debut album of Rochester, NY-based New Wave band New Math, Gardens. The album was originally slated for 1984 release, but their label shut down before the album made it out to stores; cases of albums sat and rotted in the warehouse though a few copies made it to college radio stations. Other song title include: “The Flesh Element,” “Pipes of Pan” and the “Power Of Air.” The press release accompanying this year’s release of the album cite the films of Kenneth Anger as an influence. Yeah, I thought you’d be intrigued.
