The Boleskine House Foundation posted more pix from the restoration and renovation of the hallowed site of its namesake, erstwhile home of the Prophet of the Lovely Star. They recently posted on FB:
Doorway transformation complete
The steel and glass doors between the entrance and Room 5.
Those arched fanlights with the radiating glazing bars create such an elegant transition between the two spaces – you can see straight through to the courtyard beyond.
The black steel framework really complements the classical columns.
