Continuing this week’s quest for the perfect Parisian sandwich, you can also make your own Dijon mustard. It will taste better and cost less than what you can buy in the grocery store. Planning ahead is necessary, however, as it must cure in your refrigerator at least two weeks for maximum flavor.
You’ll need these ingredients:
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mustard powder
- 3 tbs honey
- 1 tbs canola oil
- 2 tsp salt
