We received this submission of film by Japanese artist cashumi. cashumi explains:
“Janus Faces is a film by cashumi about an artwork that is the result of the interaction between paper and artist. It was not originally intended as a work of art. Rather, the paper was used to scrape off excess paint from the brushes. After it was covered with splashes of paint, the artist suddenly imagined several faces. Most of the faces have two sides, which gave the artwork its name. The film shows details of this magickal work of art.”
