The Boleskine House Foundation posted another picture of the finishing touches being made to their restoration of this historic home in the Scottish Highlands. They say:
Finn McCallum’s heraldic fireplace is now installed in Room 5, complete with the Fraser Clan coat of arms taking pride of place.
The scale of this room with its exposed timber beams and soaring ceiling is really something – Trustees Gary and Keith give you a sense of just how impressive this space has become.
Those carved deer flanking the clan shield look magnificent against the white stone.
