Popsugar.com posted an article about an interesting new product – crystal dildos. This product is being created and sold by Chakrubs and as Popsugar points out:
“Chakrubs’ official website states that using these intriguing toys results in ‘learning to quiet the mind in order to feel subtle energies, develop emotional intelligence, strengthen self-awareness, and accepting every aspect of who you are.’ It goes on to explain how using them ‘not only gets you off, but turns you on in a way in which you will remain turned on and awakened with a renewed sense of self-awareness and wisdom.'”
Sounds like a righteous deal, yes? Well, the article also points out the pitfalls:
“In case you missed it, a gynecologist advised avoiding [Gwyenneth] Paltrow’s viral [jade, vaginal] eggs because of potential health risks, such as bacterial vaginosis and toxic shock syndrome. Yikes!”
Though I’d imagine that with proper hygenic measures these should be as safe as conventional dildos.
Considering that harmonizing all the tools and enviromental elements when setting up a thaumaturgical working is an important part of effective work, if one was raising libidinous energy as part of a ritual, this might be a means of improving one’s toolkit.
