Best of the MOE will be a deep dive into sights and symbolism With Tau Diotima and Frater IOI Saturday – May 9, 2020 at Sekhet-Maat Oasis in the Valley of Portland, OR. The organizers state:
Join us for this fun and enlightening journey through the symbolism and meaning of the Man of Earth degrees, from Minerval through 4th & P.I.! For each degree, Kim Knight and Geoff Liebinger will be choosing their favorite areas and symbolism of each initiation and do a deep dive into the various aspects of that topic, including the words, histriolae, furniture, deities and astrological processes of the various degrees. All initiates of O.T.O. will be able to join in the conversation to bring a deeper understanding of our Mysteries to their knowledge base. Lunch and beverages will be provided for those attending all day. The event will be followed by a dinner and cash wine bar. There will be entertainment, a raffle, vendors and more!

About the Presenters
Kim Knight (Tau Diotima) is the U.S.G.L. Initiation Training Coordinator and Initiation Secretary. She also serves as High Priestess of Psyche Eros Chapter and as a Sovereign Grand Inspector General of the Order. Her personal areas of expertise are in the areas of organizational leadership, initiation performance and process, and ritual technology. Her current favorite projects are focused on women in leadership and support for the long term vision of the Order. She lives in Tillamook OR with her EC husband Geoff and their Chihuahuas, Mija and Jimmy.
Geoff Liebinger (Frater IOI) joined O.T.O. in 1999 and has been continually active since that time either at a local level in Portland, Oregon, or nationally by being seated on the Electoral College. He was Master of Sekhet-Maat from 2009 to 2012 and joined the Electoral College of O.T.O. U.S.A. in the Fall of 2012. He obtained his Charter to Initiate in 2009 and has been initiating actively since that time. He was Ordained a Priest of E.G.C. in 2005. He now lives in Tillamook, OR with his wife Kim, two chihuahuas, and extended family. He enjoys woodworking, gardening, homesteading, and studying the mysteries.
