Floating around the fringes of mainstream news are reports regarding a Pentagon study about the nature of consciousness and the potential for changing one’s mundane consciousness into something that could exist and maneuver outside of one’s physical body. The study was 29-page report was drafted by U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel Wayne M McDonnell titled ‘Analysis and Assessment of The Gateway Process.’
The report summarized the experience of Army intel personnel sent to a small institute in Charlottesville, Virginia that was working on the ‘Gateway Experience’ a training system.
