OTO Cabinet member David Tibet announced via his FB feed that he’d be conducting a public conversation with his longtime friend and inspiration Shirley Collins, one of the key forces in the British folk music revival, to be held in Hastings, England as part of the Jack In the Green Festival being held May 5. This is being staged to promote Ms. Collins’ biography which is being published this Spring. Mr. Tibet says:
