Leading Theosophist C.W. Leadbeater died March 1, 1934 at Perth, Australia. Theosophy coalesced in the 19th century and would have a crucial impact on many of the mystic and magically oriented societies and orders to follow and the influence of its leaders, notably Madam Blavatsky was acknowledged by the likes of Aleister Crowley among others.
