Babylon 3D consists of a series of stunning computer reconstruction of the ancient city of Babylon. It was created by “Byzantium 1200” between March and May of 2013 for the Mesopotamia exhibition of the Royal Ontario Museum. See ROM webpage for more information.
It features an overview of the whole city and then details including temples, palaces and ceremonial roadways. I’d have posted an image from the site but dire warnings were posted about the possible consequences. So I just grabbed a shot from elsewhere that doesn’t do the visuals up at the this site any justice.
I would like to take a group of 15 on a virtual tour of babylon. Is there a cost associated with it? reidb7777@gmail.com
