  1. Overuse of pornography is a huge factor in sub optimal sexual performance in men.

    Sex primarily happens in the mind and when you’re watching the super exaggerated stuff you see in 2018 porn, pretty much nothing that 99% of the population is gonna experience IRL with a real partner can compare.

    I’ve found that IRL sex is much more fulfilling and that I get much harder the longer I’ve abstained from porn. Recently, I’ve given it up completely and find that approaching women in general is easier and my social anxiety is much much less.
