Throughout the month of November, Seattle-based Eleusyve Productions will be raising money via IndieGogo to stage a production “The Rite of Jupiter “”(one of seven plays that comprise Aleister Crowley’s Rites of Eleusis) as a rock opera in 2016 in Seattle.
Their Indiegogo pages include a break down of financial goals Eleusyve would like to reach and price points for a series of perks being offered to donors that range from MP3s (starting at $5.00) to large props (running into the thousands of dollars), the props being shipped to donors after the production’s run has ended.
This is the sixth adaptation for the group, part of a project that spans decades, beginning in 2000 e.v.
