Jimmy Page turns 81 today. Best known as the guitarist, main songwriter and producer of the England rock band Led Zeppelin he’s also the best known devotee of Thelema and at various times owned Crowley’s former estate, Boleskine House, bankrolled the Equinox bookstore in London, accumulated a dazzling collection of Crowleyana and when pressed by interviewers WILL acknowledge his interest in the Thelemic religion and thaumaturgical technology… if diffidently. In honor of all this we’re posting a link to The Grady McMurtry Project’s online archive of correspondence between Page and Grady between 1975 and 1977.
These letters include discussions of the possible renovations at Boleskine House and its significance to passages in Liber AL, and its possible use as a Profess House.
