Ms Lynn Scriven:
I am a lifelong student of yoga and a many year student of Hindu philosophy. Eight years ago I began adapting my practice to focus more on meditative forms of yoga to help lower my blood pressure. At this time, while taking classes in wearing kimono, I stumbled across Edosenke Japanese Tea Ceremony. When I noticed that tea ceremony was a form of meditation I added it to my yoga practice and continue both to this day. I also have a more general background in ritual, both through 30 years in OTO and private work for an additional 10 years.

Deadline to register is 01 April 2018. Register at: https://goo.gl/pR3U7a
