On July 12, 1895, R. Buckminster “Bucky” Fuller was born in Milton, Massachusetts, the son of Richard Buckminster Fuller and Caroline Wolcott Andrews, and grand-nephew of the American Transcendentalist Margaret Fuller. Fuller was the second World President of Mensa from 1974 to 1983, but he’s best known for his invention of the geodesic dome.

For Bucky’s birthday, we present a recipe for a Geodesic Dome Birthday Cake.
