New Book on the History of Theosophical Society post-Blavatsky

Brett Foray’s book Troubled Emissaries was published earlier this month. This 574 page work is described thus at GoodReads:

“This is a comprehensive study on the first major division within The Theosophical Society between Annie Besant with Henry Steel Alcott and William Quan Judge. This study details the dynamics that arose when Annie Besant accused William Q. Judge of forging letters he claimed to receive from H.P. Blavatsky’s adept teachers, the Masters or Mahatmas.”
